Who Can Apply?

  • Adults who smoke and want to quit
  • Receive a government pension, support, or allowance
  • Live within approximately 150km of the Sydney CBD


How it Works:

  1. Sign up below
  2. Complete quick screening survey
  3. Take part in study surveys and phone interviews (baseline, check-ins, and follow-ups)
  4. Get study products sent via mail for free after baseline interview
  5. Get paid for completing key study milestones


Study Products:

  • Vapes (known as electronic cigarettes, e-cigarettes) 
  • Varenicline (e.g., Champix or Pharmacor, a medicine to help stop smoking)
