Are you aged 65 years or older?

The CogCoach-Health research study is only looking for participants that are 65 years or older.

However, a similar study, CogCoach-Brain, is planned for mid-2026 and will accept participants aged 60 and older. If you are happy for your details to be stored so you can be contacted with information about CogCoach-Brain when it opens, please still complete this consent form. 

Can you read, write and communicate in English to a comfortable level?
Are you willing to complete an online course and interviews via phone/video call?
Do you have a computer, tablet or smartphone and the ability to connect to the internet?
Are you willing to nominate a friend, family or carer who is willing to provide information about your memory and thinking and your everyday behaviour at the beginning and the end of the study?
